Student Attendance System
IDAttend is computer software program
specifically for tracking and reporting student attendance at schools.
The system may be
used at secondary as well as primary schools.
IDAttend may be used to take attendance on a period by period basis or only one
or two times per day.
Extensive Import and Export functions
are available to help keeping school administration systems up to date.
The system is primarily a client/server application utilizing Microsoft SQL
Server 2005 (full version of SQL Server 2005 not supplied, SQL Server 2005
Express is supplied) or a Microsoft Access database for those schools not
running or unable to run SQL Server. SQL Server is the recommended
database platform in a multi-user environment.
Attendance may be taken in the following manner:
Attendance details exported to common school Administration systems.
CASES21, OASIS, SIMS, MAZE.
Auto Import/Export functionality on a daily basis.
The system handles Excursions, Re-assignments, late,
leave and sick bay passes as well as uniform passes. The system includes a full range of
Reports, including parent letter generation, SMS and email capability, as well as System, Administration
and Teacher functions based on security levels set for each user.
Direct interface with MGM messageyouTM
(www.mgmwireless.com)and
other third party text messaging providers as required.
Medications Given and Assignments Hand In.
There is also a Visitors module that can issue visitor passes.
IDAttend is fully customisable to suit your school's requirements.
Optional module to print student ID Cards directly from IDAttend using a special
version of IDNow.
On-line help is available for all functionality with IDAttend.
IDAttend is an Australian designed and built software
system that suits Australian requirements. Updates to the software are made on a
regular basis and changes to suit any one or all schools are generally catered
for within a short period of time.
